• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Please respect our neighbours.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
• Rental from 1 to 3 months: 4,035 €
• Rental from 4 to 5 months: 3,834 €
• Rental from 6 months onwards: 3,632 €
Take into account the following information:
1. You shall sign a temporary lease agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 200 EUR.
4. You shall assume a final cleaning set at 160€.
