• Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
• Rental from 1 to 3 months: 4,485 €
• Rental from 4 to 5 months: 4,261 €
• 6-month rental or longer: 4,037 €
Take into account the following information:
1. You must sign a temporary lease contract.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 200 EUR.
4. You shall assume a final cleaning set at 160€.
