Purpose of processing: this section is intended to serve as a customer service channel and is designed to facilitate and streamline our customers’ reservations. Commercial communications may also be sent if requested by the User by checking the corresponding box when making the reservation.

The CONTROLLER expressly informs and guarantees Users that their personal data will under no circumstances be transferred to third parties and that, whenever any type of transfer of personal data is to take place, the Users’ express, informed, and unequivocal consent will be requested in advance. All data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary in order to provide the User with an optimal service. If all requested data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet the User’s needs.
