The flat is strategically located in the historic centre of Madrid, very close to the Madrid of the Habsburgs, one of the areas with the most history and charm in the city, ideal for discovering its streets, monuments and local gastronomy.
The main points of interest are just a few minutes' walk away; however, if you like to explore every corner and get to know the city in more depth, Madrid has an extensive network of buses and public transport connections near the apartment, making it easy to access any point in the city.
For stays of 28 days or more, please take note of the following information:
You will need to sign a lease agreement
Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution centre once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
You must assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.
You will need to pay a final cleaning fee.

£60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
We offer baby chair and cot rental service for an additional charge. Subject to availability.
