Located in one of the most charming areas of Madrid, you will have easy access to iconic places such as the Royal Palace of Madrid, Plaza Mayor or the Segovia Viaduct. In the surrounding area you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and all the necessary services for daily life.
Our team will be available to help you during your stay. You can contact us at any time via email or the Airbnb messaging system.
The location allows you to move easily on foot or by public transport, with nearby connections that facilitate access to any point in the city.
For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:
You will need to sign a rental contract
Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution centre once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services fixed at 175 EUR.
