• Please respect our neighbours.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
• Rental for 1 to 3 months: €4,450
• Rental for 4 to 5 months: €4,228
• Rental for 6 months or more: €4,005
Keep in mind the following information:
1. You will need to sign a temporary rental contract.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will need to assume an additional administrative services fee set at 200 EUR.
4. You will need to assume a final cleaning fee set at 160 EUR.
