Take into account the following information:
1. You shall sign a temporary lease agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 200 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You shall assume an additional administrative services fee set at 200 EUR.
4. You shall assume a final cleaning fee set at 160€.
