This charming flat is the ideal place to stay; spacious, quiet, central and recently renovated. Enjoy its 3 bright rooms with wardrobe, two of them with double bed and the third with single bed and desk, the ideal spaces to take a rest and recharge after a long day studying, working or doing tourism. The property has a lovely bathroom with shower and bidet. The living room of the property includes a 4-seat dining room, two comfortable sofas and a smart TV, and also has a recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen, the spacious area allows sharing unforgettable moments in the company of friends and/or family who accompany you on your adventure in Madrid.
From this cosy studio you will have everything you need to feel at home while enjoying a magnificent stay in the Spanish capital.
The flat is located in one of the best areas of the city, Nuevos Ministerios. Situated in Tetuán, a multicultural and versatile district that perfectly represents the Madrid essence. In this area, you can enjoy everything from museums and historic centres to typical bars and restaurants.
Moreover, the area has an unparalleled spirit, asymmetrical, but at the same time magical, with each corner telling you a new story, so during your walks you will see typical houses representing past eras and just a few steps away you will find modern skyscrapers.
Going shopping on Calle de Orense or Calle Bravo de Murillo, enjoying a delicious meal in the hundreds of restaurants, having a beer in one of the typical bars, getting to know the spectacular Picasso Tower in the AZCA financial district are just some of the plans you can enjoy.
The property is perfectly located, next to Nuevos Ministerios station where lines 6 and 10 can be taken, which means it is very well connected to the airport, Atocha station and the city centre. Ideal for both short breaks and business (we are very close to Azca). 3. You shall assume an additional administrative services fee set at 200 EUR.
