This charming flat is the ideal place to stay; spacious, peaceful, centrally located and recently renovated. Enjoy its 3 bright bedrooms with wardrobes, two of them with double beds and the third with a single bed and desk, the ideal spaces to take a rest and recharge after a long day of studying, working or sightseeing. The property has a lovely bathroom with shower and bidet. The living room of the property includes a 4-seater dining area, two comfortable sofas and a smart TV, plus it has a recently refurbished and fully equipped kitchen, the spacious area allows you to share unforgettable moments in the company of friends and/or family members who accompany you on your adventure in Madrid.
From this welcoming studio you will have everything you need to feel at home whilst enjoying a magnificent stay in the Spanish capital.
The flat is located in one of the best areas of the city, Nuevos Ministerios. Situated in Tetuán, a multicultural and versatile district that perfectly represents the essence of Madrid. In this area you can enjoy everything from museums and historic centres to typical bars and restaurants.
Furthermore, the area has an unparalleled spirit, asymmetrical, yet at the same time magical. Every corner tells you a new story, so during your walks you will see typical houses that represent past eras and just a few steps away you will find modern skyscrapers.
Shopping on Calle de Orense or Calle Bravo de Murillo, enjoying a delicious meal in hundreds of restaurants, having a beer in one of the typical bars, discovering the spectacular Torre de Picasso in the AZCA financial district are just some of the plans you can enjoy.
The accommodation is perfectly located, next to Nuevos Ministerios station where you can take lines 6 and 10, so it is very well connected to the airport, Atocha station and the city centre. Ideal for both getaways and business (we are very close to Azca). Walking you can also find interesting places such as Paseo de la Castellana and Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, surrounded by restaurants, leisure areas, and shopping centres such as Modas Shopping, El Corte Inglés de Castellana.

Keep in mind the following information:
1. You will have to sign a temporary rental contract.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas will be covered up to a total of 200 EUR per month (The amount applies to the total combined services expense) Any excess will be charged once the invoices are available. Internet service is complementary for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services fixed at 200 EUR.
4. You will have to assume a final cleaning fixed at 160€.
