2. Public utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 200 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged once the bills are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 200 EUR.
4. You shall assume a final cleaning fee set at 160€.
