The living room is spacious and will allow you to feel the comfort of home but with the luxury touch of the best hotels thanks to its spectacular design and beautiful views of the sea and the city. The living room consists of a living area with large windows that fill the space with light, a six-seat dining room, and a fully equipped island kitchen to enjoy preparing your favorite dishes. The apartment is strategically located in a quiet, silent neighborhood but close to the most representative places in the city: You will be next to the beautiful La Malagueta beach where you can read a book and enjoy the incredible city climate, a few meters away you will also have the Málaga Museum, the Picasso Museum of Málaga, the Central Market of Atarazanas, the spectacular and must-see Gibralfaro Castle with beautiful views of the city, additionally, you will have a few steps away a variety of typical restaurants, museums, supermarkets, and leisure areas that you will love.

The main points of interest are just a few minutes walking distance and, however, if you like to explore every corner and get to know the city more in-depth, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment you will find a variety of bus stations and parking stations in case you bring your car on this adventure.

For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:

1. You must sign a temporary lease contract.
2. Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 200 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be considered here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 200 EUR.

The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator. It has air conditioning and all the amenities you need to make your stay a perfect time in the capital of the Costa del Sol.

The apartment is located north of the old town. Ideal for visiting the museums and attractions of the city. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta, is 2.6km away (about a half hour walk). It is strategically located and within minutes you can find the most representative places in the city: it is just a 10-minute walk from Plaza de la Merced, 5 minutes from the University, and is surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets, and leisure areas.

The apartment does not have parking. The public parking lot "Garage las Delicias" is located 4 minutes walking distance.
Their approximate rates are:
- 39 EUR from Friday to Sunday
- 20 EUR per day
The main points of interest will be just a few minutes walking, however, if you like to explore every corner and get to know the city more in-depth, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment you will find a variety of stations.

For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
