The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed of 150 × 200 cm, and two full bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Distributed over two floors and with capacity for 4 people, it offers a comfortable layout that provides privacy and functionality during your stay.

The property has a living room with television, dining area, washing machine, internet connection included and a desk in one of the bedrooms for your convenience. The building also has a lift.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, kitchenware and essential utensils so you can manage independently during your stay. It includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, among other items.

The apartment has centralised air conditioning, distributed to climate the property, and heating via radiators, allowing you to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the year.

One of its main differentiators is its location in La Latina, very close to Plaza Mayor and some of the most well-known enclaves in central Madrid. The La Latina and Puerta de Toledo stations also allow you to move easily to other areas of the city.

The Sharing Co - Ribera de Curtidores building has an ideal location for lovers of history and tradition as it is situated in the heart of Madrid, an area of principal interest due to its extensive history and streets full of traditions that are emblematic of the city.

Ribera de Curtidores Street is known for being the main thoroughfare of El Rastro, the most famous open-air market in Spain's capital, which takes place every Sunday and public holiday. At El Rastro you will be able to find multiple curious objects, furniture, vintage items and even collector's pieces, almost impossible to find in regular shops. You will be staying in the midst of the history and cultural identity of Madrileños.

But that's not all. The Centro district is the oldest and most historic district in the city, which is why it hosts the city's main points of interest such as Plaza España, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Cathedral of the Almudena and many more.
