For stays of less than 28 nights: • Keys are collected at a pickup point near the building. We will send you the details before your arrival. • Opening hours: €0 Monday to Saturday from 15:00 to 20:00 and Sundays until 19:00 | €60 outside these hours.
For stays of 28 nights or more: • In this case, check-in will be in person and you must coordinate your arrival time in advance with our team. Hours: €0 from 15:00 to 22:00 | €60 from 22:00 to 8:00 • It will be necessary to sign a temporary rental contract • Utilities (electricity, water and gas) are included up to a maximum of €150 per month. If this limit is exceeded, the additional amount will be charged once the corresponding invoices are received • Internet included • An additional administrative fee of €200 will be applied.
