Enjoy a comfortable stay in Madrid, in a well-connected location near Nuevos Ministerios, Paseo de la Castellana and the AZCA business complex. The apartment is suitable for small families, two couples or business trips.
The accommodation has two bedrooms: one with a double bed of 180 × 200 cm and another with a double bed of 160 × 200 cm. It has two full bathrooms, both with shower. With capacity for 4 people, its layout offers privacy and functionality for different accommodation needs.
The apartment has a living room with television, washing machine, iron, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, gel, shampoo and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Internet connection is included and the building has a lift.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, kitchenware and essential utensils so you can manage independently during your stay. The accommodation also has air conditioning and underfloor heating.
Its location facilitates access to Nuevos Ministerios, Paseo de la Castellana and different points in Madrid via public transport. One of its main differentiators is its private terrace of 8 m², an additional outdoor space to enjoy during your stay.
