Also, you will find a comfortable and spacious living room to pleasantly enjoy the best moments with a four-seat dining area to have your snacks from this cozy place, comfortable sofa and fully equipped open design kitchen with all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite recipes. The property also has two bathrooms with shower and WC. In just a few minutes walking, you will find Gran Vía, the Madrid "Broadway", a street full of stimuli thanks to its cinemas, theaters, restaurants, and large stores.

The apartment is located three minutes walking from the Tribunal metro station and has a variety of bus stations around. Additionally, you will find the Bicimad station just 4 minutes walking on Barceló Street, so you can rent electric bicycles to tour the city in a healthy, fun, and ecological way.
