Luminous and beautiful property with three comfortable bedrooms with heating in each, the first with a king-size bed in between two nightstands with beautiful views and a private bathroom inside the room with shower and toilet, the second also has a double bed, spacious areas and an additional sofa from where you can enjoy city views. The last bedroom contains a single bed, nightstand, and ample spaces for your children or companions to relax and feel as comfortable as in your own home. You will have an additional bathroom also equipped with shower and toilet. The common areas are spacious, bright, and with luxury finishes, you will find a comfortable living room with sofa, coffee table, and television connected to the spacious six-seat dining room and just in front the fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your favorite recipes in the comfort of your home.

The apartment features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub—plus an additional toilet, offering an especially comfortable layout for families, family groups, business trips or longer stays in Madrid. With capacity for 5 guests, the combination of two double beds and a single bed provides spaciousness, privacy and flexibility for different accommodation needs.

The accommodation has spacious common areas, equipped kitchen, air conditioning and internet connection included, creating a comfortable and well-prepared environment for different types of stay.

Furthermore, staying at Doctor Fleming connects you with NUGA Castellana, a new urban space located on the ground floor of the building and designed to make everyday life more comfortable. Restaurants, cafés, terraces and services right at your doorstep that provide an extra layer of convenience for having breakfast before a meeting, working away from home or enjoying the surroundings at the end of the day.

For stays of less than 28 nights: • Keys are collected at a pickup point near the building. We will send you the details before your arrival. • Schedule: €0 Monday to Saturday from 15:00 to 20:00 and Sundays until 19:00 | €60 outside these hours.

For stays of 28 nights or more: • In this case, check-in will be in person and you must coordinate your arrival time in advance with our team. Hours: €0 from 15:00 to 22:00 | €60 from 22:00 to 8:00 • It will be necessary to sign a temporary rental contract • Utilities (electricity, water and gas) are included up to a maximum of €150 per month. If this limit is exceeded, the additional amount will be charged once the corresponding invoices are received • Internet included • An additional administrative fee of €200 will be applied.
