The washing machine and tumble dryer are commonly used by all neighbours and are located on the 4th floor.

You will need to sign a lease agreement
Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution centre once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
You must assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.
We offer baby chair and cot rental service for an additional charge. Subject to availability.
