The flat has ideal spaces to enjoy a fantastic stay; two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom ideal for taking relaxing showers after a long day and a romantic and cosy living room with trendy and welcoming decoration that will always make you feel the comfort of being at home. The flat is located on the second floor with a lift. It has air conditioning and all the amenities you need to make your stay a perfect time in the capital of the Costa del Sol.
We are available by phone (preferably), by email, or through the Airbnb messaging system.
The apartment is located north of the old town. Ideal for visiting the city's museums and attractions. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta, is 2.6km away (about half an hour's walk). It is strategically located and within a few minutes you will find the most representative places in the city: it is only a 10-minute walk from Plaza de la Merced, 5 minutes from the University, and it is surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets and leisure areas.
The flat does not have parking. The public car park "Garage las Delicias" is located a 4-minute walk away.
Their approximate rates are:
- 39 EUR Friday to Sunday
- 20 EUR per day
The main points of interest will be just a few minutes' walk away, however, if you like exploring every corner and getting to know the city in more depth, Málaga has an extensive bus network and you will find a variety of stations around the apartment.
For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a rental contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution centre once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will need to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR
