The accommodation is located in an ideal area of Málaga, with nearby shops, cafés and restaurants and just 15 minutes by car from the city centre, with perfect connections to visit nearby cities such as Torremolinos or Benalmádena and just 9 minutes by car from the city airport.

The check-in time is from 15:00h onwards through a self check-in process.

Please note that for bookings of 28 nights or more:
· 1. You will need to sign a rental contract
· 2. Public utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution centre once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be considered here.
· 3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR
