This studio has a bedroom with a double bed in an open space but independent from the rest of the flat. It is connected to the living room, kitchen and dining area, which makes the place a spacious and comfortable space for your stay. This flat allows you to enjoy having coffee, reading a book, watching your favourite series, working, studying and feeling at home from a single space that perfectly combines elegance and comfort. The flat is situated on the second floor with a lift. It has air conditioning and all the amenities you need to make your stay a perfect time in the capital of the Costa del Sol.

The apartment is located north of the old town. Ideal for visiting the city's museums and attractions. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta, is 2.6km away (about half an hour's walk). It is strategically located and within a few minutes you will find the most representative places in the city: it is only a 10-minute walk from Plaza de la Merced, 5 minutes from the University, and it is surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets and leisure areas.

The flat has no parking. The public car park "Garage las Delicias" is located a 4-minute walk away.
Their approximate rates are:
- 39 EUR Friday to Sunday
- 20 EUR per day

The main points of interest will be just a few minutes' walk away, however, if you like to explore every corner and get to know the city in more depth, Málaga has an extensive bus network and you will find a variety of stations around the apartment.

For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a rental contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution centre once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will need to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 125 EUR.
