The Sharing Co - Ribera de Curtidores building has an ideal location for lovers of history and tradition as it is situated in the heart of Madrid, an area of principal interest due to its extensive history and streets full of traditions that are emblematic of the city.

Ribera de Curtidores Street is known for being the main thoroughfare of El Rastro, the most famous open-air market in Spain's capital, which takes place every Sunday and public holiday. At El Rastro you will be able to find multiple curious objects, furniture, vintage items and even collector's pieces, almost impossible to find in regular shops. You will be staying in the midst of the history and cultural identity of Madrileños.

But that's not all. The Centro district is the oldest and most historic district in the city, which is why it hosts the city's main points of interest such as Plaza España, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Cathedral of the Almudena and many more. You will be staying in a typical Madrid area where each of its streets tells a story that envelops and captivates you. It boasts a wide cultural and gastronomic offering.

If your plans are a bit less traditional, you will have alternative and very cool plans just a few steps away, such as the city's referential cultural centre: La Casa Encendida, La Biblioteca Escuelas Pías, the fun Cine Sala Equis, a refurbished space where you can have a gin and tonic and eat whilst watching a classic film, or the legendary Taberna Antonio Sánchez, Madrid's oldest tavern where you will take a trip back to the 1980s, Mercado San Fernando and many more places that you won't want to miss.

Perfectly connected with the main points of the city. Just a few steps away you will have the Embajadores and La Latina metro stations from where you can access the metro lines: L3 and L5 that will connect you with all points of the city or several nearby bus stations that will take you in a few minutes to the main points of interest. Additionally, the city has a bike rental service, skateboards, electric cars and motorcycles.

Note: We inform you that from 22 January to 23 March the Ribera de Curtidores building will be under construction. During this period, occasional noise from the works may occur.

For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a rental contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution centre once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will need to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 125 EUR.
4. Please note that every Sunday from 9:00 to 15:00 the street opposite closes to make room for the flea market: El Rastro.
