The villa features a spectacular infinity pool shaped like a lake, accompanied by impressive open views overlooking Málaga Bay. Next to the pool you will find an exclusive private beach area with white sand, surrounded by tropical palm trees, equipped with sun loungers and parasols to fully enjoy the surroundings.
The youngest ones will also be able to enjoy a play area, located next to the swimming pool area.
Among its outdoor spaces, there are spacious terraces with different environments, rest areas with sofas, outdoor dining area and a barbecue and outdoor kitchen area. Additionally, the property has a covered outdoor fitness space, equipped with sports machines and located on the terrace with spectacular sea views.
The ground floor of the villa, which is the area designated for accommodation, also features a large lounge distributed across several spaces, an indoor dining area, and a spectacular Home Cinema with large-format screen and HiFi sound equipment. Each bedroom also has a Smart TV for a complete entertainment experience during your stay.
The property includes high-speed wifi and air conditioning to guarantee comfort throughout the year.
Located in the eastern area of Málaga, the villa is situated in a quiet residential development with good transport links, and parking is available at the entrance throughout the day.
The area offers a privileged environment to enjoy nature, with trails and outdoor routes less than 200 metres away. You will also find a golf course less than 1 km away and several paddle tennis and tennis clubs within the residential development.

The location allows easy access to Málaga's historic centre or to the beaches in the area. Furthermore, it has a connection via minibus line no. 29, which links to El Palo and the beach, with a stop situated just a few minutes from the property.

Access to the accommodation is via the upper street through a two-flight staircase. This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
