The apartment is located north of the old town. Ideal for visiting the museums and attractions of the city. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta, is 2.6km away (about a half hour walk). It is strategically located and within minutes you can find the most representative places in the city: it is just a 10-minute walk from Plaza de la Merced, 5 minutes from the University, and is surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets, and leisure areas.
The apartment does not have parking. The public parking lot "Garage las Delicias" is located 4 minutes walking distance.
Their approximate rates are:
- 39 EUR from Friday to Sunday
- 20 EUR per day
The main points of interest will be just a few minutes walking, however, if you like to explore every corner and get to know the city more in-depth, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment you will find a variety of stations.
For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
1. You must sign a lease agreement
2. Supplies such as electricity, water, and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
