The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and external views with a window next to the bed which brings light to the space. The bathroom has been refurbished with your comfort and relaxation in mind with a shower and WC. The kitchen is undoubtedly one of the spaces you will like the most, it is a bright space equipped with all the utensils you need to spend wonderful afternoons preparing your favourite meals and a beautiful 4-seater dining area from which you can enjoy your meals with your ideal company.

The Sharing Co - Ribera de Curtidores building has an ideal location for lovers of history and tradition as it is situated in the heart of Madrid, an area of principal interest for its extensive history and streets full of traditions that are emblematic of the city.
Calle Ribera Curtidores is known for being the main street of El Rastro, the most famous open-air market in Spain's capital, which takes place every Sunday and public holiday. At El Rastro you can find multiple curious objects, furniture, vintage items and even collector's pieces, almost impossible to find in regular shops. You will be staying in the midst of the history and cultural identity of Madrileños.
But that's not all. The Centro district is the oldest and most historic district in the city, so it hosts the main points of interest in the city such as Plaza España, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Catedral de la Almudena and many more. You will be staying in a typical Madrid area where each of its streets tells a story that envelops and captivates you. It has a wide cultural and gastronomic offer.
If you prefer plans that are a bit less traditional, you will have alternative and very cool plans just a few steps away, such as the city's referential cultural centre: La Casa Encendida, La Biblioteca Escuelas Pías, the fun Cine Sala Equis, a refurbished space where you can have a gin and tonic and eat whilst watching a classic film, or the legendary Taberna Antonio Sánchez, the oldest tavern in Madrid where you will take a trip back to the 1980s, Mercado San Fernando and many more places you won't want to miss.
